I've had 2 of these previously in my shoulders & each time I had a period of intense pain, shivers, almost passing out...complete debility that lasted about 3 hrs.
I'm likely to have another one in my foot cos I have a Morton's neuroma so I'm a bit concerned.
Was my reaction predictable? Will it probably happen again this time ?
Should my previous bad experiences sound alarm bells as being unusual & so I should not have hydrocortisone?

Yep Squad, I did mention it but he was happy to go ahead.... I suppose I have to weigh up 3 hrs of real pain (i hav had3 kids, i'm not a total wimp!) against the benefit..Anyone had this to help a Morton's neuroma?
ailie......in my personal opinion, I would have thought that surgery for the Neuroma would have been a better option for you.

AAAAAAArgh... you think? why?
Because very few people benefit from non surgical treatment......my opinion.

OK thanx squad, I'll try & track down someone who's had it done. 3 yrs ago when I looked into it, the op sounded a bit iffy. x
