I have been given a link to a reminder program for the pc which I think will be very helpful to me, but don't want to infect my pc with anything nasty. Does anyone know if this program is safe. The program is called remind me and this is the link http://www.theabsolut.../sware/reminder.html.

The link said page not found, but gave a series of logos for an alligator! - I would be a bit suspicious.

Maybe this link is different, when I copy and paste it into my browser I get the download page http://www.theabsolute.net/sware/reminder.html

it's available for download from cnet so I would download it from there instead and it should be fine
