Sorry ankou I haven't got time right now to read all that but will later.
Can they directly link the cut In violence and anti-social behaviour to the banning on booze and not more officers on public transport, more cctv etc?
I always travel public transport and there are the same amount of drunk people on going out or getting home.
24 hour drinking was one of the worst laws ever to have been implemented. Now that it was an obvious mistake you wonder why nothing has been done about it. Its no wonder we get 24 hour violence.

So rov your saying that if we cut down the drinking times to 12 hours we would only get 12 hours of violence with the other 12 hours consisting of hippylike happiness?
