good morning to you ,no mercy.
I do have there webb site address.
Have you tried the course?.
No, but I could do with loosing about 3lbs. I'd did induldge over Christmas :-)

Still, I think something like that is probably designed for people with quite a bit of excess weight to lose. You see these things pop up on your computer screen all the time, and tbh, most of them are just cons.

Collaton... I've found a very successful way to loose weight is to not have carbs and proteins at the same mealtime. One requires acid to be metabolised, the other requires alkaline. Your body cannot produce two different digestive enzymes at the same time.

I would recommend having two good meals a day and no snacks. A carb based meal mid morning (try to include plenty of wholegrains). A protein based meal late afternoon (lean meat or fish, plenty of vegetables and no bread or potatoes.)

Good luck.
That confuses me. If the body cannot produce two different digestive enzymes at the same time then when you required it to do so wouldn't less food get digested and more pass straight through you ? I'd have thought that would be more slimming than trying to digest it all.
3lbs is not a lot to lose, I think most of us put that much on over Christmas.. Once we've eaten all the chocolate and cake it will come back off again (I live in hope..)
