Update on the non-holiday !!!
Great, I thought, EJ is coughing up same as MasterCard, checked bloody online statement and MS also have refunded the same amount as EJ, I want to screammmmmmm, try to get through and make them understand you is worse than not going on holiday in the first place....

High Society, good advice, also contacted the TS officer I was dealing with who told me the same, won't touch it till I see my posted statement and I have the proof

my friend's brother after 11 years out of work and had a works pension for that time was told the pension was going to double for him. His sister and himself made numerous calls re this matter and they (insurance for the company) told him everything was okay and he received it for about 3 months. Then contacted him to say they were wrong (Insurance) - they will catch up. He had to pay it back!!!! So it is up to yourself.

Bobbi Tesco cancelled my delivery last week due to the weather but eventually one of the managers actually brought my shopping in his own car.
I noticed while checking my credit card transactions on-line that they have refunded the price of the shopping.
I have rung 3 different Tesco numbers trying to give them their money back and no-one wants to know.
The guy at Tesco credit cards told me to keep it and bugger Tesco's!!!
