They could be advantagous as sometimes, they appear qyite normal and same and are not easy to spot,

He's more scattergun in his insults.
He used to reserve the really *ahem* special ones for a select few and bat away users he considered to be on the periphery.........now it takes a lot less for him to go into..... erm...spasm...shall we say.........and then it seems that anyone is fair game.

I suppose you're right. When Le g was here, we all had a more peripheral role. But even though he and Kn0bbby are gone, he is still determined to wreak havoc. I don't think he has a problem with any one person, he just, sadly, has a problem.... and a big one at that...
