I did all my Christmas grocery shopping online last Friday, £90 worth and it was supposed to be delivered tonight. they've just called and cancelled due to the weather. it is snowing quite heavily.

they offered (kindly) to let me pick it up (it's about 5 miles away, and I can't get there) or have a refund. I really don't see when I'll get time to get it done now. I'm working tomorrow and Weds and there may not be much left in the shops on Christmas Eve. I don't have turkey or anything!

I can't decide whether to stamp my feet a bit. what do you think?

just to update, I've picked up my shopping.. woo hoo!

they've missed items, overcharged, and even included the delivery charge.

I have told them off and they have refunded where appropriate. I should think so too!
I would think thats the least they could do Sara
