After having a Vectra for the past 6 years my husband decided to buy a Freelander. When he locked the doors today the horn sounded, it didn't when we got it yesterday! Could it be that he's pressed the fob too many times, the fob on the Vectra was pressed twice when locking and I suppose it's force of habit. If this is the problem how does he fix it?

Thanks in anticipation.

Found out what was wrong!
The horn will sound to alert you that one of the doors is not shut properly and that the car is not locked.
