It's a hard life
surely once the meringue is frozen it will go into a trance-like state and lose all track of time - how will it know if it's only had 2 weeks?
a dessert in a trance-like state? lol!
Dont think meringue should be frozen - best kept in an air-tight tin. Even better use freshly made to avoid it being chewy.
life can be tough sometimes. what's the world coming to, eh?
just for the record, I like my meringue chewy.

chewy is a great word!
sounds like you've got your own teeth sara lol
blimey, I'm not 90!
Simple buy a meringue in the supermarket.......
Sara I agree - one of my best recipes is a coffee toffee meringue which actually is better if you freeze it.

Brenda, I've got a great recipe for a meringue which works every single time if you want I'll post it. And it does not need freezing.
i'd like it please BM, my meringues are always rubbish
