I am ask to press F1 every time to get my computer started , any answer to that ?????

There is a whole page of things I don't understand but the bottom line says press F1 to proceed.
If it is the fan what is the cure.....

Someone said it might be a battery but the time and date is perfect and that was supposed to be another sign that is was that battery.
It looks like you might have to give some info from that whole page of things you don't understand, 1st sentence, 1st paragraph, something like that...
i have this problem too ,although dont know why ,it used to tell me there was no hard drive present but when pressing f1 it loaded windows :s
As a guess I would say its the order of priorities your BIOS puts on which device to read from such as floppy, CD or hard disk. These priorities can be changed by going into the BIOS (usually done by a function key) and rearranging what disk to read from first. This is a once only setup so there is no need to carry out the procedure again.
