Now this is serious and don't blummin well laugh. I've lost quite a lot of weight over the last few months and have just started back on the gym doing weights and various exercises in an attempt to tone up (which is killing me). However, my breast have undergone quite an alarming change. What were once quite pert (despite their size) have now started to look as if gravity is kicking in and things are heading south.

Can anyone suggest any lotions/potions/creams/exercises etc that might halt this disastrous downwards spiral?

I take it you're using a decent sports bra BM? I'm sure that's really obvious but it was my first thought.

I've only done two days on the gym China and no, I haven't got a decent bra - yet. The weight loss was just from changing the diet and walking everywhere rather than driving. You are right, I do need to get a good sports bra, but I had noticed this downwards spiral about 3 weeks ago. I know there is no muscle in the breast tissue but there are muscles above and below which I thought I might try and strengthen to see if that helps.

I just have visions of them being down by my knees by the time I am 40.
What a thread title... like moths to a flame ;-p

Surprisingly I have nothing of worth to add on this topic.
Clasp your hands together and hold them at neck level. With the fingers locked together move the palms in and out. You will feel the muscles of the chest being exercised. There are also bust creams on the market. Avon one isnt bad. As already mentioned get good bras and as you have lost weight get yourself remeasured professionally. Congratulations on the weight loss.
Ideally need to work on your pecs, at least build up the muscle beneath the breast tissue. Although most upper body exercises will help, as obviously many work in unison. Swimming? Also make sure your regular bra is adequately supportive.

More importantly, get a decent sports bra. The Shock Absorber ones are very good, no bouncing at all! It makes such a difference to exercising if your boobs are not working in anti-phase.

Thank you Grasscarp and Piglieton for your helpful answers.

Snags and Panic - no more than I expected. lol
1. I admire your honesty on here (esp, like snags said - "moths to a flame !" (Where was Sqad?!)
2. I know how you feel.
3. I love the way you said "blumming"
4. Regular massage to stimulate blood flow can help - not a lot, but it's quite nice having it done.
5, Swimming can help - not a lot, but it's a nice thing to do anyway.
6. It's your age... nothing you can do about that. :-(
oh - and 7. Sports bras may help just a little - but they're not very sexy are they? Stick to push-up underwired jobbies - they'll hoist up what didn't used to need hoisting up, and you'll look, and therefore feel better. I knowthe bra has to be flung off eventually, in times of desire, but honestly - men don't care all that much so long as they can cop a feel.

lol Salla, I'll suggest regular massage to the BF, I somehow don't think he'll complain!

I realise I probably made a bit of a mistake and should have got a new username to post this since for ever more people with think of me with saggy funbags!
No worries - just post another thread today detailing your very tight, well-exercised, power-muscled, ping-pong balling f@nny - THAT will be what they remember then!!!!
Don't worry Salla, I was only suggesting a sports bra for the express use of during sport/at the gym. They are way too uncomfortable and ugly otherwise!!
Not interested....I am in a serious mood today.

Pert.....you said they were? Umm! nipples, pert as well?

If I fly into East Midlands, could you perhaps pick me up>

Pert.......you say...............nipples pert? or erect.............professional interest you understand.
^ What a t1t! (sorry BM)...
