Like the ditsy thing I am, I forgot to get the duck breasts out and leave them for the skin to dry. Remembered 10 mins ago.

I have precisely 1 hour to dry out my duck breasts so the skin goes crispy rather than slimy. (Pan fried breasts with a blackberry and kirsch "jus").

Do I

a) pour boiling hot water over them
b) get the blowtorch out (not to be recommended - the last time I had a minor fire)

or

c) something else.

The "something else" is where I need help, please.

Hair dryer?
Would suggest patting dry with kitchen paper. The boiling water is also a good professional tip. ( I own a humble restaurant)
Pat them down with kitchen paper, give them a dowsing with a hair dyer and then leave them to their own devices.
