Despicable and worthless
Witter who stole a car and killed two ladies was described as these by the judge. (See http://www.telegraph....k-driver-jailed.html)
Is this an appropriate punishment? Surely he should have been banned for life as he will be able to drive again when he is still in his thirties. I would have made the 12 years and eight year sentences consecutive no concurrent!.
