I have been told that the Professional Development Centre (PDC) in Kilmorie Road, Forest Hill, Lewisham run such a course. I was told it takes about a week or a fortnight.

I think Lewisham's main switchboard is 020 8314 6000.

I would assume that all London boroughs will run such a course.
