It's wrong, totally wrong and should NEVER be done!!!
Its awful thing to do to a cat - although as one of my horrors walk across my key board.................. joke - never should be allowed and will never be allowed to my brood of cats

causes more probs than it prevents.good acupuncture anyway,nothing like cat claws to wake you up
Anyone who would even think of this should not have cats....It's just so wrong.

Thanks everyone for your encouragement, the petition has only been live for 24 hours and already has almost 200 signatures, and a large percentage are from the US of A proving that there decent kind loving cat owners there who agree this should be banned.
Barbaric. As bad as docking dogs tails.
It's a bit like pulling a human's fingernails out - imagine the pain??!!

Just an update, 1972 signatures now, 11 days to go to the first anniversary so we're hopeful of reaching 2000. Declawing is to be banned in Santa Monica before the year end. It is happening but s-l-o-w-l-y
