actually, I gave the same advice as he did!
Another remedy used in Aussie - get a dingo to lick the burn; make sure it hasn't got rabies.

ummmm/sara......well then, it has to be correct.
Dont put polythene on burns or it could stick....the only reason flozen bags dont is 'cause of the moisture surround.

Cooling for at least ten minutes is important.
