will i bother re-phrasing myself ? lol
Oddly enough i found putting my hand in warm water helped the pain a bit when i burnt my hand on the oven last week. It stings like buggery at first, but soon eases off.
peri, have you got any germolene.

Im of sara - i stupidly burnt my toes - I was in the bath and turn the hot tap on and put my foot under it (our thermostat needs fixing so water is lethal) - anyway I could not put my foot in the bath for the duration and had an ice pop strapped to it - getting out of the bath was interesting. Now the foot is throbbing

meant to read Im ok sara
I just sat with a bag of frozen peas on mine. I had to go to the hospital in the end though.

if you get a blister bigger than a 10p (ish) you'll have to go to the docs.
Frozen peas ...
Isnt smearing butter on it supposed to work? Actually, do that anyway, it'd be cool to see if you can make the butter hiss!
Question Author
i order you all to stop laughing at my stupidity
BOO, I think that's a no-no.. even just for your entertainment!
Question Author
that wont work BOO - i only have margarine
You could put the butter and the peas on and have a snack afterwards.... Or alternatively, do you have any sudocream? That'd probably help.
peri, if you have any bicarbonate soda handy, make a paste up using the bicarb soda mixed with cold water. that should take the sting out of the burn.
