Hi Slinky.kate don't worry about having a blib now and then. You have done so well and you know how to get back on track. It would get so boring if you did not have a treat. I am aiming to lose 2 stone and have lost 8lbs it 4 weeks just by cuting out crap. Keep up the good work. How much more do you need to lose?

hi wendilla,yeah its mostly crap i have cut out,lost 2 stone 2lbs. in 9 weeks,would like to loose another 8 stone or there abouts
Have you tried drinking a small glass of unsweetened grapefruit juice every morning. I swear by it and it helps to break up the fat in your body .2 stone in 9 weeks that is good but you will slow down as time goes on but dont give up a pound off is better than a pound on. Good Luck
