21 d ONSET = charge. Anag of non residents if you take away dinners !
27ac = Restated = set out again.
Can you give me answer to 9ac please?

Hi think I just did send you 9a, if you agree that's right
ie FOOTLING (foot part of verse- lin (line with something missing) then G)
but That means that 2d needs an O in the right place- so STOOD STILL (vs stand still)
However, I could easily be wrong.
