Does anybody know what happened to Calvin and Hobbes creator Bill Watterson. Is he still retired from creating Calvin and Hobbes and if so what does he do now?

If I remember correctly - he is still drawing/writing the retirement was from writing the"syndicated" strip - i.e. for newspapers and that he intended to carry on with Calvin and Hobbes as published works in their own right.
