Lost Driving Licence

I have just found out that my driving licence is missing. I have no idea how long it has been missing or been gone from my wallet. Can I check that to see if it has been used by anyone for any unlawful acts

I think if it had been used for 'unlawful' purposes, you would have found out by now, by having a visit from the local constabulary. You now MUST tell DVLA you have lost it, and apply for a replacement immediately. It is technically an offence to drive whilst not in possession of your licence, but as we all know, we will be required to produce documents within 7 days if stopped. Nevertheless, the sooner you apply the sooner you will have your licence.
You can apply for a replacement license on line I lost mine and received a replacement within a week

I found it, was in the lint catcher on the dryer of all places, thanks for the answers though
