Oh I see what you mean, she saw him in hospital of course she did, he was in for weeks, but she didn't see it happen (she never went out to the fields except in the jaguar and only then to deliver a message), she didnlt see the state he was in when the ambulance took him to hospital.

He didn't lose his arm actually. it was his chest that took most of the impact.

no they had a jag, a dark green one as i recall. we used to cadge lifts to school lol ( in the days when most people walked to school)
