The cost of cartridges is expensive but I am using compatible ones for my Epson printrer. They are 100% guaranteed to work and are returnable if not. I started getting them from Inksmart for £3.99 but now I have just received some from Coastal Inks for £2.50, free p &p. The compatibles also contain much more ink than Epson's own. I would thoroughly recommend them especially with the guarantee. For too long they have cost too much.

I agree Hugh, I have an Epson PSC too. For the last couple of years I've been pleased with the compatibles I've ordered from 'Choice' good price good selection. Before I knew about compatibles I bought a genuine Epson cartridge from Dixons and it was £14. (one colour) and didn't last very long. Soo to those out there thinking of buying Inks... give the compatibles a go.

Hi Hugh

Does this firm also do compatible cartridges for HP, and if they do have they got by the chip, that tells one how much ink is left?
We've always had problems with compatible ones in our Epson printer, it doesn't recognise them unless they're genuine epson cartridges and has sometimes failed to recognise genuine ones after putting in a 'compatible' one, may still be worth a try for £2.50 though!

Yes, HP cartridges are on their list but you would have to enter printer model number to find out the cost of them. All I can say is for my model Epson £2.50 is the cost of a cartridge.
