Try directory enquiries, the phone book, the electoral register, friends reunited...

try 192 or 118 on the internet,i found a lost friend here

google them, or face book/party, if u need an address try one of the registry websites

If it is a family member you have lost contact with contact The Salvation army. Or like others have said, Facebook, Myspace or Bebo, though not sure if you can just get Address's on the internet?!
