Identification Of Large Orange Amphibian In My Garden

Whilst moving a plant pot recently, out jumped a large (about the size of my fist) bright orange amphibian. No noticeable markings, just a plain orange coloured frog / toad. I can't find anything similar on the net, can anybody identify this please.
