freeview set top box

i have a set top box that all of a sudden has no signal for any bbc stations.have tried restore factory settings but no joy.all other channels are fine. any ideas. cheers

reset regularly, particularly after sept 30.

You need to do a Full Re-Scan as by all indication, you had all the Channels previously. Freeview Channels are being moved about into different Multiplexes (MUX) as certain Regions of UK are about to change over completely to Digital. If you received the BBC Channels previously just do a Full Re-Scan.
