Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

Good morning everyone and thanks to Strix for his update on the situation - I had just posted the first thread when there was a lightning strike - luckily not our house, but on the TV masts up on the hills above Adelaide - this is a quite frequent occurence, but of course knocked out the internet connections around the city.

However, this was not as major as it might have been and we're now up and running again.

As already mentioned, the matches are -

Ivory Tower
Sling Back
Sing Song
Mineral Water

Needless to say, the first and last were well supported, but 6 entries went for Sling Back [ remembering the high heels we used to wear [?] perhaps] and only 3 took a chance on Sing Song, but in spite of that 3 entrants - X-RAY, HIS LORDSHIP and newcomer SHELBY45 all collected 6 points for 3 correct matches, 18 entrants scored 3 points for 2 correct and a further 23 each added a point to their tally so it looks like we did better than one might think at first glance.

Congratulations to all the points scorers and I'll be back with the Leader Board asap......S
