The body was an unknown man. Police erroneously assumed it was Mr English. He was in fact still alive and dealing with the turks as regards the lost 6 million.

The body was identified as a 'John Doe' as a DNA sweep of the whole house revealed that the body fluid on the floor did not match any other anywhere. Also maggots inside the body meant that he had been stored outside some time after death but before being hung up
why was he Mr English cos that's the name his wife made up when she was 16. I admit i got bored with it when they said there had been another DNA found, that's when i decided it was the preist who murdered the two in the 1960s and i lost patience with it. was it the priest BTW?
No, it wasn't the priest, and puternut probably said 'Mr English' because he couldn't remember his proper name.
But the priest didn't do it.
Sorry to all - meant to say Mr Andrews not Mr English.

DotH not sure if you got to the part where there were apparently twin sisters involved - both not really knowing of the others existence. One a successful business woman and involved in dodgy finance deals with the Turks (Mrs Andrews) and the other was Miss English. Hence identical DNA in Soho 160's and modern day killing/rape scene.
oh bother I missed that one!!!! But why did she recognise the priest of she was the twin? Or was the woman running naked and in the hospital never mrs andrews but the twin?
