[Dissolute]

I am a 39 year old man abused as a child mentally, physically and sexually. I've been depressed for as long as I can remember. I finally got away from my parents aged 28. Since then I've somehow managed to hold a few jobs that pay an average wage and I thought I was coping with life despite my drinking problem, depression, social anxiety and stress. I live on my own, have no friends and speak to no one. I was made redundant 3 months ago and I think I'm finished. The drink is out of control, I live in sh*t and I'm too stressed to claim benefit . My GP says it's down to me to do something about it.. I CAN'T do anything, too stressed, too stupid through depression and alcohol to cope. No one takes me seriously, no one gives a sh*t weather I live or die. I think this is my curtain call and I should do the decent thing, take a bow and quietly disappear.

I'm sorry to read of your problems. You have been given some good advice from most people who have replied, ignore the one who is negative.

I notice you are a new user of this site, you will find people who are genuine and who do care here, talk to them!!

Can't really offer any other advice that hasn't already been said except that the botlte is a very good friend at night when in despair, not such a good chum when you wake up tomorrow. Take care, xx

Anyone who attacks anonymously are cowards.Trolls are sad people living their lonely lives typically attempting to influence or disrupt those they see as strong and successful or in this case a seemingly easy target. Making this troll especially sad. I wonder if kicking a man when he's down makes him feel better?. Any response is recognition as trolls are unable to distinguish between irritation and admiration due to their low IQ ( proven by behaviour). A trolls ego grows directly in proportion to the response, regardless of the form or content of that response so the the intelligent thing is to ignore it.
Personally I don't mind the troll, in some ways it's interesting to see someone more messed up than me posting on this thread. If I was to pity anyone less fortunate than myself it would be rov1200. Bless.
