Brioche, Nectarine, Mascarpone Cheese recipe

At a party once there was a lovely finger pudding which was slices of brioche covered with sweetened mascarpone cheese, topped with nectarine slices then dusted with icing sugar. I could have a bash at this myself but does anyone have the full recipe for this one, please?

For anyone interested I managed to get hold of the recipe -

BAKED PEACH BRIOCHE - SERVES 4
8 small slices of brioche or fruit bread
100 gram cream cheese
3 tablespoons castor sugar
1 teaspoonful of vanilla extract
4 peaches - sliced
third of cup of icing sugar

Put bread in baking dish lined with foil. Combine cheese, sugar, vanilla then spread on bread. Top with peach slices and dredge heavily with icing sugar
bake 200 degrees for 20 minutes until golden
Serve warm or cold

This really is delicious and very moreish so enjoy...!
