new samsung phone on vodaphone, when i make a call it says conditional forwarding, whats it mean? also there is no Gprs icon, is it something to do with roaming...

conditional forwarding just means that if your phone is busy, out off service, or unanswered it will forward to your voice mail.

and are you sure your phone will display a GPRS logo, a lot don't, just a 3G, EDGE or HSDPA logo if your in range of any of those services.
