Has anyone ever sided with the Airline staff? I haven't ever, i always side with the passengers and their argument would usually hold water in ANY other customer service industry

unprofessionally dressed,
confrontational, dismissive, arrogant and her body language was childlike, she needs retraining big time PLUS!!! what happened to groundcrew requiring foreign languages????

It's not their fault someones train was late, and they missed their flight.
Question Author

yeah a whole 6 at an airport, that's one sandwich and the cheapest bottle of water.
I generally side with the airline.

Groundside regulations are there to protect Airside passengers.

If you don't comply with ALL the regulations

... to the letter

... and to the minute

I don't want them to let you on any plane that I'm on.

Or, wait ...

Sorry I'm late, and I brought the wrong passport by mistake,

and I'm a bit p!ssed ...

and there's no time to do full security checks ...

but I have my faded, dog-eared drivers licence ...

.. could you just take these bags packed by my friend's friend, and fast track me onto Jayne's plane, please.

No way, pal ... not unless Jayne gets off first !!!
