I have only recently discovered the fabulousness of this for making my cake toppings look pretty, but i was wondering, could you stir it directly into the cake mix and cook it, thus ending up with a sparkly cake, or would it dissolve?

Thanks!

My son ate a tube of glitter when he was a toddler...Pretty pretty nappies!
Hi pink x
When my kids were small, I made a really magical gingerbread house for Christmas! The windows were made of crushed boiled sweets! When it was baked in the oven, it melted like panes of glass!! Looked brill with a Christmas light inside to light up the windows. They never forgot that ;0) x
