Splange, firstly how old are you? Have you had any children? and have you had any spotting or discharge at all with these symptoms?

Sounds like you are preggy, listen dont worry its not the end of the world if you are you have to tell someone how old are you?

i have had some white discharge (but i put this down to thrush i got from antibiotics the other week which I took a diflucan one tab for) and also when my partner and i had sex at the weekend there was slight spotting but nothin since. I have cramping pain like the start of a period but the most pain is in my ovaries. I am 39. I have had a lot of surgery/medication over the last year and have had cysts due to the medication and endometriosis which were removed during my surgeries last year. My periods returned after I finished the medication and resumed their regular as clockwork 28 day cycle with no change. My gynae has said I will not be able to conceive naturally and although my partner have tried for a while I have not got pregnat so I guess he is probably correct. I am worried it maybe an eptopic pregnancy or a ruptured cyst as I have had a negative pregnacy test so am assuming that it is a NO to a normal pregnancy or pregnancy at all. My nipples are so sore. I am feeling quite PMT too. But I guess even if it is not pregnancy it could be hormonal? I have emailed my gynae and awaiting a reply or phone call but am waiting anxiously tearing my hair out wondering. What do you think? Esp Ronianna as I have two symtoms you mentioned???!!!!!!! Thanks for the replies too!

If you even suspect it could be an eptopic I'd see a doctor rather than waiting for a email or phone call.  I'm sure you know how serious they can be.  A trip to the GPs will probably give you the answer you need, I'm sure you could make an emergency appointment if you're really worried.

Before even reading the answers I was going to suggest you need to be checked out in case it is an eptopic pregnancy.  Another suggestion is possibly the onset of menopause?  Either way, get yourself to a doctor soon.
I think an ectopic pregnancy would show positive on a pregnancy test
I am sure by now you have done something about your concern, I would like to ask you this. What do you FEEL is happening? You are old enough to know how serious this is and how waiting for an answer from people you don't know is probaly not a good idea.First off you need to go to the doctor. If you do have an eptopic pregnancy you don't want that to erupt.Take it from past experience this is a very painful thing. It does sound like that is the case.Don't forget GO TO THE DOCTOR.Good luck with everything.
small point... as puzzled54 says, it's spelt ectopic not eptopic... I don't normally throw my weight around correcting typos but it occurred to me that if you wanted to look it up on google, as you well might, you'd need the right spelling; no offence intended to other posters.
are you going to let us know? pregant or not? are you ok now?
