You need to call your local council & they will get the exterminator in for about 25.  My friend had this problem & the first attempt didn't work, but the exterminator came back a second time for free.

Hi

You may also need to throw out your mattress and frame. My ex had bed bugs. We got the exterminator out the 1st time. But it didnt work so had to buy a new bed!

You will have to exterminate them. The way to avoid getting them in the first place is to air beds every day and also wash sheets, duvets etc frequently..Also when you change the bed vacuum both sides of the mattress.Try not to have heating on in bedrooms as they love a warm environment.

Surely there's a spray I can buy at the chemist shop?
dont know if its still available but "DEATHLAC" should do it .I used it ages ago for a cockroach infestation it worked a treat, apparently any insect that crawls across where you have sprayed it is as good as dead.
