I am not entirely sure on the symptoms of N1H1, but i am getting increasable worried. Someone on the same town as me has a confirmed case of it. I thought my hayfeaver was jsut getting worse, but today I was sick. My symptoms are confusing, because I have really bad hay feaver, so i dont know if its just that or somthing else. Other symptoms include aches in my shoulders, coughting, sore throat, and tiredness. Can anyone tell me, am I over thinking, or should I contact my doctor asap?

Besides all those symptoms, have you got a fever?

If so...it could be flu, if not it may be just bad hay fever.
Like you, I have bad allergies. The tiredness could be a side affect of an antihistamine, particularly if it's Chloraphenamine. However, aching shoulders, sore throat and coughing are not symptomatically suggestive of hayfever or any other allergies.

There is no fever. My hayfeaver symptoms go away while im in my room, with an air purifier, however the aches and tiredness etc still remain.
Thanks
NoM....yes they are.
jp....if there is no fever, then it unlikely to be flu....swine or otherwise.

this is what happens when people panic, they recently tested 28,000 people who all had symptoms of swine flu, of the 28,000 only 7000 actually had swine flu
Unless you have other health problems then even if it is swine flu it's not anything to worry about. My friends son has just got over it and another friend lives in a major hotspot with no worries. In a normal healthy person it should be no worse than ordinary flu - the only people who've eneded up severely ill or dying have had serious health problems already so don't get yourself in a state about it.
There has been a death from swine flu of an otherwise healthy person.

I still wouldn't worry though,as sqad said-no fever,unlikely to be flu :)
