NM, a tip, keep a lookout for "Chief " brand Hot Sauce (note, not Chef). It is one of the few remaining that can raise any abdominal interest in me. It's in an old-fashioned ketchup-type bottle, and very tasty as well as being superbly hot.
Where do I buy Chief Sauce from then?

I know I've said it before, but my mother does blend an abolutely eye-watering chilli sauce, using her own home-grown chillies. Talk about Ghandi's revenge.........
Can I buy or acquire some of your mum's chilli sauce? The best one I have EVER had, by a mile, is now brand name "Pickle 'N Spice" and they (I think it's just one lady working in her kitchen actually) are in Harrow. I simply can't get it in Croydon anymore. It is the tops, ingredients merely habaneros, vinegar, and lemon juice. It is so tasty, and you seriously need to take the next morning off work.

I have 2 unopened jars still. How about a swap, one of your mum's for one of mine?

Chief brand I think you will be pushed to find. I know only place in Croydon that stocks it, and Croydon is hardly short on ethnic grocers!!
lol moree banal witterings from vera duckworth

hope she goes t pub soon lol
Whiffey - I'll find out exactly what species the chillies are, and what other ingredients she puts in the sauce, and then let you know. I'm sure she blends her own chillies with branded varieties such as West Indian hot pepper sauce and a dash of sweet chilli. Will find out.

Anyway, just about to head out now. Have a good evening all..... !!
Gee.......I am so glad that I answered dot........and now she has scarpered off.
I have now read it all.....
and if I am a hypocrite for speaking of her behind her back....
then she is a hypocrite for referring to me as a 'bint'...
..so I suppose we are even now.
They've just gone back into their corners Pasta lol.

Do you think that some have an in built radar to sense aggro? I doo (sic) as some only come on to spray their territory then leave and really dont contribute much at all apart from asserting themselves :)

BTW (just for future reference) -I cant work MSN am not a 'follower' but I do exchange texts with Knobby on the odd occasion -usually when the p!ss is being ripped out of someone to our merriment -childish I know- and I do speak to Leg.
