goto the page you want to be your home page, then click on the tools menu, select internet options, make sure you are on the general tab and click "use current"

Internet Explorer:
Select Internet Options from the Tools menu; in the General tab is a section for Home Page.

Firefox:
Select Options from the Tools menu: in the Main tab is a section for Startup.

In both cases there is a button which will set the page that you are currently viewing to be the home page.

For another browser, you'd have to let us know which one.
