I need some help because it's really important that this file opens...

I sent and FDF file as an attachment in an email, and the person I sent it to said they couldn't open it. We tried it again and it still didn't work, so they sent me an email saying this...

Sorry Penny we still can't open it. It needs to be sent as a long name fdf file. Hope that makes sense!

As you can guess, it didn't make sense to me! I don't want to sound stupid or anything but, what do I have to do to make this file open at their end?

hi Penny.Are you sure it's not a PDF file??.If it is you may need adobe, or probably adobe acrobat to read it.This can be downloaded free from Adobe website
