Hello Folks,

This is a repost as I originally asked this last week, but never had any replies.

I wish to sell a Northern Ireland Operational Aide Memoire that was issued in 1978.
Are there any legal issues in me doing so?

Thanking you in anticipation.

I think that you are going to have to ask the organisation that issued it. Assuming it is specific for use in Northern Ireland during The Troubles, it presumably has at least 'Restricted' or some higher protective security wrapper on it? In which case you know the answer if you have obtained the document legally.
In the MOD, similar aide-memoires that explain protocols for armed conflict are covered under Joint Service Publication (JSP) 383 which does not appear to be a Restricted document.
