Maybe Home & Garden might have been a better place to put this! But, anyway, I would imagine any department store with a menswear section should be able to help - especially the more well-established stores like Co-op or Marks and Spencer, or Debenhams, or a specialist menswear shop like Burtons. And at this time of year, you will probably find loads of scarves about! Good luck!
