Can i re-route the E-Mails

I get on my office computer thro to my home computer so that i can read them on both computers at my leisure.

Have a look at what facilities are available in the email program you are using at work - there should be some way to set up a rule to forward all emails addressed to you to the account you use at home. The exact method will be specific to the email program you are using, so either ask the tech people at work or check the help file to find the details.
I'd say you were possibly on dodgy ground
data protection - security - commercial confidence ... the whole thing really
and even if it's a relatively small place e-mail useage is generally logged

I'd be asking your IT guy at work about the setup of their email systems...
if they are running an in house server then most mail server solutions give the option/ability to remotely access your mails via a web browser. if it's exchange then there is outlook web access (OWA) if it's a linux server then a lot of mail servers will come with some sort of webmail system already installed, or one can be installed fairly easily (squirrel mail or horde are the two I use)
as AC says though, you really need to be doing this with the backing of your IT people, accessing company emails from home is something that could be against your companies IT acceptable use policy and could get you in all sorts of trouble
