my frined has got to go to court for section 48 charge for assult but is pleading none gulity she girl who pressed the charges has now dropped them he is still goin to court what type of punshment might he get ?

Are you sure it's not Section 47 ABH?
My cousin has just been sent down for 4 months for ABH. Even though the CCTV footage clearly showed the bloke hitting him first.
