Ear Piercing

Can anyone advise if ear piercing would be safe as I am taking the medication warfarin on a regular daily basis.

No it wouldn't be safe.

I have been taking Warfarin since 1973 and I can tell you, as long as it is keeping to a regular `inr` which you can see on your record card, you will be ok, but to be extra safe ask your `vampire` the next appointment.
