did anybody else think the hour long special of benidorm on Sunday was disappointing?

No, because I have never had high hopes for it.

I've watched, smiled, been midly entertained, and this was more of the same.

Now if Big Brother turns out to be boring I really will be gutted!

a pile of sh*te is how my OH described it. He rarely watches anything other than motor sports and bike/car progs on the telly so was really looking forward to it.

He's not back to Men and Motors. LOL

I was disappointed in the sense that the extra length episode was not justified simply because the plot wasn't funny to begin with and was far too farcical.

Let's hope that this standard isn't a precursor to the new series which is due to be shown quite soon I believe.

Yes I was really disapointed in it and so was my husband. I dont think we laughed once on sunday. It is such a shame as I was really looking forward to it.
