i think it is actually manchester itself ,as it is supposed to be always raining in manchester ,and the team coach is returning from a game back to old trafford .

Lionel, it definitely isn't Manchester, I live there (though you're right about the rain). It looks France or Italy to me.

Judging by the brief glimpse we get of a name above a shop, it's more eastern european. Budapest maybe?
