My Dell 928 printer keeps resetting itself at Letter after I set it on A4. the paper comes flying out but is blank, Have tried reinstalling without success. Any ideas please.

Are you altering the setting at the time of printing?Try going to Start/printers/ right click on the Dell printer then on properties and settings and set the paper size there.
