I had a flutter on a horse at 10-1. When I placed the bet there were loads of runners. When the race started, they were down to only 7 runners. My horse came in 3rd. Have I won anything?

placed in a 7 runner race is 1st and 2nd..so doubt it...unless youve got an exceptionally kind bookie..... :-((

Oh botheration. That was a waste of �2 then. There were 14 runners when I placed the bet. Grrr!
