Do I need to inform prospective insurers of an accident in a company vehicle?

I had an accident in my lorry 2 years ago. I am looking at buying a car and was wondering if I would need to let the insurance companies know about this, as it was my fault, so it can massively increase the premium.
I would say tht it's quite obvious that I would need to let them know, but it was company insurance so not sure how that works. Any help appreciated!

Not sure where you're confused, you are always asked about previous accidents 'whether you claimed or not'.
Yes, you need to tell them, if they can find any excuse not to pay out they will use it.

Thanks, just trying to be frugle. The question on some sites is "any claims" as opposed to "any accidents". But I guess either you're right about them trying to get out of paying. Thanks.
