In the movie Valkyrie, what did Goebel remove from a bullet and put into his mouth. This happened towards the end of the film when Goebel is to be arrested, during which he is on the phone with Hitler.

It was a cyanide pill. He was awaiting his fate when the officer entered the room, when it became apparent to him that a possible coup was taking place.
